I help large enterprises get modernisation over the line — from first scoping conversation to production, at scale.As Senior Cloud Solutions Architec, I own the technical thread on 26 live workstreams spanning 16 enterprise customers, delivered through a network of 15+ programme managers, architects and account teams.
My work spans GitHub Enterprise migrations, re-architecting .NET and Java estates onto App Service, Kubernetes and Functions, SQL Server-to-Azure SQL migrations, and secure-by-default landing zones for regulated and public-sector clients. Nine engagements delivered to completion across eight customers.
Twenty years in the industry, seven at Microsoft, have taught me repeatability beats heroics — I've built toolchains that cut environment setup from days to an hour, now used org-wide, and a scoping methodology adopted as standard practice.I move fluently between boardroom and build: making the investment case to executives one day, debugging a broken pipeline the next.
